RETURN POLICY

We want you to be happy with your purchase and strive to deliver the best products possible.  If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, or you received a defective item, then you may return or exchange the item within 30 days of purchase.

Only items purchased directly from Maneful’s online store will be accepted. For items purchased from authorized retailers, please get in touch with them directly for a return or exchange (if eligible).

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in its original condition and in the original packaging. Any item not in its original condition and packaging, or that is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, is non-returnable and non-exchangeable. 

Gift cards and items marked as “final sale” are also non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

RETURNS OR EXCHANGES:

Please email support@maneful.com to start the return or exchange process. Please include the following information:

  1. Order number
  2. Delivery address
  3. Contact telephone number
  4. Whether you want to return or exchange the item
  5. Reason for initiating the return or exchange

REFUNDS:

Once your item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are eligible for a refund, then we will process your refund within 10 business days of receipt of the returned item. Refunds will be issued based on your original form of payment (PayPal, credit card, debit card, etc.).

SHIPPING:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item over $75, then you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
